I cannot pay out my money but i can deposit from it.. Totally nonsense... Lost me as a player

Almost trippled my £5 paid through Wowcher. Many games to try for this special discount. Good fun.

So far, so good. I've been playing with lottoland for a few years now. I've never had a big win. I always play for big wins.. ("Go big or go home.") that's what I say.

After reading some of the reviews on the trust pilot. I had a quick check of my account and profile with them.

Just covering bases, I would hate to win big and find that I was getting refused payout. Due to a small technical issue.

I can't find any information in regards to what ID or back checks they will need to do to confirm a winner's ID. If a member of Lottoland could direct me or assist me in this matter I would be grateful.

Does Lottoland send acknowledgment emails confirming eligibility if you are not from the states?

I would say in my opinion that Lottoland is trustworthy, Players should use their brains before placing bets and make sure they are eligible. Such as I am doing right now.

My son won £16,000 on this website. They rang and congratulated him on his win asked for all documents which were sent but refused to make payment. They didn’t even send back the bet money,

I waited one hour on live chat and first and line and kept being told there's nobody avaliable, I had originally deposited via Trustly, I couldn't withdraw the same way and my bank that I bank with does not have an IBAN number therefore I had to use another account to then be told It can take between 5-10 days - really really poor, makes me wish I stayed with Lottomart.

Lot to land app is showing that I have won 300 pounds while I just matched 2 numbers.in the 15the July 2022 draw.than I checked on official website it says that I have just won 3 pounds.

Would NOT recommend playing with them, my husband won big money and the company is refusing to pay out. He won £200 but was allowed to keep that.
It’s now been 2 weeks and they are still refusing my husband to take away his big win. Absolutely fake company, disgusting attitudes of the workers, oh and they will lie to you constantly about everything.

i really like lottoland . iv been playin with em for a year or two. The only negative point with them is withdrawal time which since last year i added my iBan , pay out time has been significantly improved .
i know still a bit slower than some others but they have many advantages that covers that single fault .
variety of games , easy site , fair rtp...

Got email of winning R3400 just to be advised that there was a technical error and amount won is R34. Not happy and not my fault.
